Did you know that over half of business communication is still conducted over the phone?  Good thing our office invested in an Avaya IP Office system (much to the chagrin of our accountant!). 

So maybe it was pretty hefty in price initially but Avaya is like the BMW of telephone systems: quality and top of the line.  Not only does it make all our communication processes much better and more efficient, it is scalable so that we can augment the system as our company grows.
