Believe It or Not…
Believe it or not, about 50 people die from insect bites every year.  Thousands of people are allergic to bee, wasp, and hornet stings and for these unfortunate individuals, these stings can be deadly - on average, within 10 minutes but almost always within an hour.
I like to think of myself as a garden connoisseur, and the last thing I want to have to worry about is getting stung by a bee. I was looking around at a few garden stores and the only thing I could find were these atrocious bee suits that I wouldn’t be caught dead in. My neighbor told me about this bee hat that she found online that she works great for insect protection - bees, wasps, mosquitoes, you name it. It doesn’t look nearly as goofy as the bee suits and it seems like it will do a good job of keeping the pesky bees away from my face.
