They can immediately get their item assigned a place in line and stamped upon arrival in the county’s computer.
In fact, e-Recording is even considered safer than the previous method of employing a runner to submit the documents to the county. So if you’re buying or selling a home, make sure your county has e-recording technology to complete the mortgage process faster than before.
