More Energy in 2 Steps
There are many ways to gain more energy. For one, you should have some type of hobby or activity to look forward to. Even after my work day is done and I’m tired, I get excited when I get to do something I enjoy (especially with my husband). Whether it’s going skiing on the weekend, gardening, or reading a book in the bubby bathtub, it gets me energized. Otherwise, I’d collapse in front of the TV like I used to do.
Another way that I gain energy is by taking an energy supplement. This really helps me burst through my workout and gives me a push in the late afternoon when I feel at my lowest.
