Pampered Puppies
I am one of the 61 percent of Americans who is unmarried, without children, and owns a pet. I must admit I am also part of the 56 percent of dog owners who buys their pets Christmas presents.
Although I do contribute a little to the $40 billion pet industry, at least I haven’t turned into a Paris Hilton wannabe just yet. I think there is nothing wrong buying my pooch some quality toys and an occasional gourmet dog treat. I just want to keep my furry friend well fed, well rested, and happy.
But don’t worry, my dog knows who is boss. He sleeps in his own bed and is properly trained. Which kind of pet owner are you?
