What’s New With HR?

Businesses and Human Resource departments nationwide are turning to a new and improved (360 degrees to be exact) way of evaluating their employees. With 360 degree feedback, employers are able to get accurate reviews of their employees from those who work closest with them. Evaluations of each employee are completed by supervisors, co workers, peers and customers. The analysis then allows management to provide employees with constructive performance evaluations and helps them offer guidance for development and improvement. The new surveys also encourage employees to develop their workroom relationships because they are not only personally held accountable, but they feel more responsibility towards each other’s performance and evaluation.
