Winter Vacation
There’s nothing like the holidays to make you need a vacation. Most vacationers plan their time in the summer when traveling expeses are at their highest. But winter provides some unique opportunities that you can’t get in the Bahamas.
Many vacation spots are open all year round, specifically places with either continuous warm weather, or a high snowfall. Hitting these spots off-season will make the trip more relaxing while providing the kids with new adventures.
Try spending some time at a lodge that has access cross country ski routes and horseback riding like the one in Greer, Arizona. Or check out some of the more traditional spots like Disneyland to get all the fun of a family vacation without the all the traffic of summer.
